Many of our clients have come to us asking if we can take the tedium and human error out of producing reams of reports and charts (particularly for tracking and/or multi-country studies) so as to allow them to get on with the more important elements of their jobs. By using pre-defined templates our bespoke applications can enable the client to produce fast and accurate presentations/reports from multiple sources of data.

We are well aware that even with the best planning, tracking studies have elements that change over time. Our applications are able to build in the flexibility often lacking in off-the-shelf packages when dealing with these changes.

In our experience, much of the data collected during the lifespan of a project (particularly large tracking studies) goes to waste as volumes of printed tables, PowerPoint slides, Excel workbooks or difficult to use databases. By packaging these data up into a database and building a user friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI), real value can be added by giving clients the opportunity to more thoroughly interrogate their data.

Data processing professionals are often involved in manipulating large numbers of data sets, spreadsheets, specs, scripts, reports etc. Many of the tasks that they have to perform can be automated by our specially designed applications. We have been asked to create anything from a simple tool to renamed hundreds of datasets dependent upon information contained within them, to a full blown cross-tabulation/data manipulation suite.

Many everyday tasks performed using Microsoft’s Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) can be automated with the use of our specially designed integrated tools. From simple utilities that, for example, copy all of the attachments from a set of emails to a specified folder through to setting up a full project management system in Excel, our software can save a huge amount of time as well as helping to streamline office operations.
